Meet the owner, Luey Santas.
Coastland Home Inspections is owned and operated by certified home inspector Luey Santas. Luey became a licensed home inspector after working in residential construction for 30+ years. Seeing how the industry was losing it’s craftsmanship he wanted to help home buyers to be able to make an informed decision on their large investment.
Over the course of his career, Luey has worked in almost every trade in the residential construction industry. Knowing where components fail is key to being a home inspector and always going above and beyond to make the process simple and helpful for his valued clients is the best for everyone.
